Description |
This
course is intended for • beginners who
would like to acquire initial skills in and understanding of project
management. • project
management experts who would like to learn additional aspects. The
course covers • Definitions in project management • Comprehensive topics like requirements,
project culture, communication, documentation, quality, risk management, and
methods • Project phases like strategy phase,
planning phase, realization phase, and completion phase Learning objectives: • Based on your own project or a sample
project you will learn how to use the learning matter in practice. • You know about comprehensive topics like
requirements and communication. • You learn about methods suitable for
project management. • You know the phases of the project
management process and how to use templates and checklists. • You will learn important terms and phases
of project management following certain standards. |
